Each week we’ll endeavour to publish some details of the interesting things that members of DoES Liverpool have been up to over the past seven days. You can find out a bit more about them in our introductory post.
And remember, if you’re involved with DoES Liverpool at all, let us know what you get up to so we can include it here!
Things of Note
- DoES Liverpool: Pics In Space! Well, actually pics *from* space. Paul H and John Cassidy (M7DXO) captured these photos transmitted by the #ISS as it passed overhead on Friday evening, using just a handheld radio transceiver and a phone audio recorder! Then decoded with QSSTV #sstv #weeknotes pic.twitter.com/EQ9me9dWe0
- DoES Liverpool: Nico OrrĂ¹ with the custom camera bracket he created on the @doesliverpool CNC tonight #weeknotes pic.twitter.com/M9yX35VrdT
- Alex Lennon: Successful evening DoES Liverpool tonight. I designed a replacement for a broken shelf in the fridge. Lasercut it in 10mm acrylic under Jackie Pease watchful eye and we fitted it! #hackthespace #weeknotes #makersmake pic.twitter.com/OmYxDazjID
- Alex Lennon: Came in today and look what I found Andy Stanford-Clark – Matthew Croughan did this #weeknotes pic.twitter.com/h2Q3RoSLxl
- Adrian McEwen: Meeting room occupancy prototype for the Dinky room at DoES Liverpool built and deployed (PIR sensor + #ESP8266 -> #MQTT -> #ESP32 + RGB #LED) #Arduino #weeknotes pic.twitter.com/78Oq4hexdG
