Each week we’ll endeavour to publish some details of the interesting things that members of DoES Liverpool have been up to over the past seven days. You can find out a bit more about them in our introductory post.
And remember, if you’re involved with DoES Liverpool at all, let us know what you get up to so we can include it here! The easiest way is to post on Mastodon – if we follow you there, just add #weeknotes to any post you want included. If you’re not on Mastodon but would like to be, chat to one of the organisers, and we’ll help you get started. And of course, you can always just send us an email!

Things of Note
- Adrian McEwen:Usman Haque @uah has written an excellent history of Pachube—the super-early #IoT data platform that he built. So many familiar names from back in the day. And a mention of the Arduino client library that I built for them (as well as one of the @MCQN_Ltd data feeds showing up in one of the screenshots!)https://pachube.haque.co.uk/about/
- DoES Liverpool:Lovely cat and dog textured fridge magnets, from last night’s “Introduction to the eufyMake E1 UV Texture Printer” for Safe Space Merseyside ‘s craft group – 18 people took part, and feedback was that “there was real excitement about what they made”.If you’re a group organiser and would like to organise an event for your group, then get in touch! We’ve also got 2 free sessions this Saturday 22nd August – see our website or Eventbrite for more details.
