by | Apr 28, 2025 | Weeknotes | 0 comments

Each week we’ll endeavour to publish some details of the interesting things that members of DoES Liverpool have been up to over the past seven days. You can find out a bit more about them in our introductory post.

And remember, if you’re involved with DoES Liverpool at all, let us know what you get up to so we can include it here!

Hack the Space Day and Community Meeting – Sunday 4th May

Our next Hack the Space day and Community meeting is this Sunday 4th May. Please come along for either or both if you can!

Space hacking is planned to start at 10am with the community meeting from 1pm to 3pm.

You can join the community meeting remotely via this link: https://ca.meet.coop/b/adr-ctr-trg or at xrhub.org (ask Alex or Julian if you’d like a demo, and for room details).

You can see the agenda and latest minutes here: https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/somebody-should/wiki/Community-Meeting-Minutes

Wirral MakeFest

We’re taking part in Wirral MakeFest on Saturday 10th May at Birkenhead Central Library. If you’ve got things you’d like to display and/or you’d like to help with organisation, please get in touch (and there’s a GitHub issue here that you can add your details to). We can talk about this at Sunday’s community meeting too.

Liverpool MakeFest

This year’s Liverpool Makefest will be on Saturday 5th July. DoES Liverpool will be taking part as usual so please get in touch if you want to display your stuff on our stand (Github issue here that you can add your details to). If you or any makers you know would like their own stand then please fill out the form here. Spread the word!
