PVTV Fringe Flicks is a short film night showcasing experimental, surreal, and offbeat cinema. This February, Fringe Flicks returns to DoES Liverpool with Uncanny Desires, a curated programme exploring desire, transformation, and the strange emotional forces that shape us.
