Each week we’ll endeavour to publish some details of the interesting things that members of DoES Liverpool have been up to over the past seven days. You can find out a bit more about them in our introductory post.
And remember, if you’re involved with DoES Liverpool at all, let us know what you get up to so we can include it here! The easiest way is to post on Mastodon – if we follow you there, just add #weeknotes to any post you want included. If you’re not on Mastodon but would like to be, chat to one of the organisers and we’ll help you get started. And of course, you can always just send us an email!
Quiz Night
Last month’s quiz, organised by Sean G, was a great success with all who attended, so we’re running it back. New questions! New friends! (Mostly) new prizes!
Join us on Friday 26th June from 7:30 (we’ll be starting about 8, but you want to get your table before the rush kicks in) for a quiz that has been described as ‘yeah, that was pretty fun’. There’s a poster attached with details!
It’s £5 per team, with a maximum of 5 players per team, and you don’t have to be the smartest cookie on the drawer to win, as the evening is littered with fun minigames. There’s booze available to buy, and everything that we make is going towards helping DoES keep the lights on, so that’s definitely a good thing.
